Article automation — set it once, it posts forever

The AI blog writer that puts your blog on autopilot

BlogTend is article writing and publishing automation for website owners. Set it up once: it researches each topic on the live web, writes and designs the article, and auto-posts it to your site with the sources it used. Then it does it again on schedule — every day, week or month, without you touching anything.

What BlogTend does

Set it once. It runs. Posts arrive.

You decide the topics and the rhythm once; the publishing happens whether or not you show up.

One run, six steps

What happens while you are not looking

Every time a schedule comes due, this runs end to end without anyone touching it.

  1. 1ResearchLive web, every source URL kept
  2. 2WriteFrom the findings, in your language
  3. 3DesignYour saved article style

One credit, one run, all six. If any stage fails, the credit comes back.

Every article starts with real research

  • Citations stay in the article, linked inline
  • You can restrict sources — government-only, no competitors, your call

Two minutes, start to finish

Watch one article go from a topic to a published post

The real product, recorded end to end: connecting a site, setting a topic and a rhythm, the run itself, and the finished article live on the blog.

It checks before it spends

You stay in control

Every planned title is checked against what is already on your site. Anything too close is skipped, and a skipped run costs no credit.

  • See the whole queue before anything is written — title, angle, keyword and category per article — and reorder, edit or swap any idea.
  • Categories come from your site's real taxonomy
  • As many schedules as you need — on any paid plan the number is uncapped.

SEO data

Keywords from real search data, not guesses

Before anything is written, each planned article is matched to a keyword people actually search for.

  • Search volume and difficulty for every topic.
  • Difficulty matched to what your site can rank for.
  • Competitor gaps on Growth and Scale, plus keywords you almost rank for once you connect Search Console in your free ProveRank account.

Example: four planned articles for a cleaning business, each with its keyword, monthly searches and difficulty score from ProveRank. One is marked as a competitor gap and one as a keyword the site almost ranks for.

Inside the article

Built like something a person would read to the end

Every article is assembled from blocks, not a wall of paragraphs, and the numbers inside stay as text that search engines and AI assistants can quote. Higher writing levels also buy a longer article and a deeper research sweep.

  • Comparison tables

When the answer is a choice between options, it arrives as a table you can scan — not a paragraph listing them.

  • Figures that stay readable

Built from real HTML, not a picture, so the values stay as text a search engine can read.

  • A real FAQ

Phrased the way people ask an assistant, marked up so an answer engine can lift it.

  • Steps, takeaways and pros and cons, painted for your theme

A process becomes a numbered list, a judgement two columns. Colours are worked out from your own site's palette, so a block never lands as a white card on a dark page.

  • Linked in both directions

Out to its sources, in to your own posts. Name your key pages once; every article is offered them first, with the anchor text you prefer.

  • An article record

Every source it used, re-checked against the live web at publish time and listed with the site it came from.

  • Older posts brought back up to date

Rewritten in place: same URL, still published, its own links kept, and a fresh record of what it checked.

Every block is plain HTML that survives WordPress's own filtering — no stylesheet to strip, nothing that arrives as visible CSS on the page.

Who it's for

Built for people whose real job isn't blogging

Whoever you are, the writing runs without you.

Your site should answer the questions customers ask you all day. Name those topics once; the answers publish themselves while you run the counter.

What it is for

Search traffic that compounds

A blog that publishes on a schedule, with every post indexed the day it goes out, grows like this: slowly at first, then each week's articles adding to the last.

Drawn to show the shape, not a customer's numbers. Search traffic compounds when a site publishes on a schedule; the graph that matters is the one in your own Search Console.

Indexed on releaseWith Google indexing connected, every published article is submitted to Google's Indexing API the moment it goes live, and retried for a week if Google refuses.

Questions

What do I actually have to give it?
A connected site and the topics you want covered. You name a topic — “best hotels in the Maldives”, “payroll for small teams” — and, if you want, a sentence on how it should be handled. Leave that blank and BlogTend writes the brief itself. Either way it is a real editorial brief — angle, audience, outline, keywords — and the rhythm is yours: daily, weekly, monthly, or an interval of your own. Everything else has a sensible default you can ignore until you care about it.
Will it publish without me seeing it?
Only if you choose that. Each automation either publishes on its own, saves a draft to your site, or keeps the article in BlogTend until you send it. You get an email either way, and you can switch between the three at any time.
Will it write the same article twice?
It checks before it spends anything. Every planned article is compared against what BlogTend has already written for you and against the posts already on your site. Anything too close is skipped, and a run with nothing new to say costs you no credit. If you enter two topics that are really the same topic, the form says so before you start.
How is this different from other AI writers?
Most tools generate text from a model's memory. BlogTend researches the topic on the live web first, cross-checks claims across several sources, and keeps the citations — so what gets published is current and traceable rather than confidently invented.
How does it decide which category a post goes in?
It reads your site's real category list and files each topic under the one a reader would expect. When nothing on your site fits, it tells you before anything is written and offers you the choice: pick one of your own categories, create the one it suggests, or leave it to BlogTend at publish time. It never quietly invents a taxonomy behind your back.
What about the images?
Every article gets its own featured image, written from that article's brief rather than a stock prompt — so a run of ten posts gets ten different pictures. You can hand it art direction to keep the whole set looking like one publication, or turn images off entirely.
Does it work with my theme and my SEO plugin?
Yes. Articles can inherit your theme, or BlogTend can read your site's own colours, fonts and content width and lay each one out to match. Yoast and Rank Math are detected when you connect, and the SEO title, description and focus keyword are written into whichever you use.
What happens when I run out of articles for the month?
Your schedules pause themselves rather than silently failing, and we email you. They start again on their own the moment your monthly allowance refills — or you can top up and they resume immediately. Nothing is ever billed to you by surprise.
What does one article include, and what does it cost?
The research, the writing, the featured image, the design render and the publish — all in, nothing metered separately. One credit at the Standard writing model, 2 at Enhanced, 3 at Maximum; the number is on the card before you spend it. On paid plans, every level gets research, citations, SEO and linking; Enhanced and Maximum add inline photos and figures. If a generation fails, the credits go back automatically.
Can I edit an article before it goes live?
Yes. Set the automation to keep articles in BlogTend or to save them as WordPress drafts, and nothing reaches your readers until you say so. You can also edit anything after it publishes, in WordPress, exactly as you would a post you wrote yourself.
What is GEO?
Generative Engine Optimisation — being the source that AI assistants quote. BlogTend structures each article with direct answers, cited statistics and prompt-shaped FAQs, which is what those systems actually cite.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Manage or cancel the subscription yourself from the billing page; you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing you have published is touched.
