Every client blog, researched and published on its own rhythm

Connect each client's site once — WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or Wix. BlogTend researches every topic on the live web, writes the article with its sources, adds the featured image and SEO fields, and publishes it live or as a draft for the client to approve.

You give it a topic. It does the other five steps.

Scroll to watch one article come together, from the first source it reads to the moment it is live on the site.

  1. Step 1 of 6

It researches the topic on the live web

It searches, opens and reads current pages on your topic, keeps the ones worth citing and drops the rest. Nothing is written yet.

    Sources fetched and checked

  2. Step 2 of 6

It writes from what it found

The draft follows the research, with each claim tied to the source it came from, in your language and your saved article style.

    Citations in the text

  3. Step 3 of 6

    It lays the page out

Headings, a table where a comparison needs one, an FAQ block and your theme's colours, so the post reads like part of your site.

    Tables, figures and FAQ

  4. Step 4 of 6

    It makes the featured image

A picture generated for this article, with no headline printed across it, sized for your theme.

    No stock photo reused

  5. Step 5 of 6

It fills in the SEO fields

SEO title, meta description and focus keyword, written into Yoast or Rank Math on WordPress and into the native fields elsewhere, plus internal and outbound links.

    On paid plans

  6. Step 6 of 6

It publishes, then does it again

Live, as a draft, or held for your review: your rule. Then the next topic runs on the rhythm you chose.

    Daily, weekly or monthly

Posts BlogTend wrote and published for our own blog

These posts on blogtend.com/blog were researched, written and published by a BlogTend automation, the same pipeline you get, connected to our site by webhook. Three on this page's subject, as they went live.

One client article, from topic to published, in two minutes

The real product, recorded end to end: connecting a site, setting a topic and a rhythm, the run itself, and the finished article live on the blog.

Run a blog for each client without writing each post

Each site keeps its own topics, rhythm and review rule, so one client can approve every draft while another publishes straight to live.

  • Many sites, one account

Connect client sites on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or Wix, or any site by signed webhook. Growth covers 10 sites and Scale 25.

  • A rhythm per client

Daily, weekly or monthly automations per site, plus one-off and bulk articles when a client asks for a batch.

  • Drafts for client approval

Send articles live, save them as drafts on the client's site, or hold them in BlogTend until they are approved.

  • Sources and links included

Every researched article cites the pages it was written from, with internal links to the client's own posts and outbound links on paid plans.

  • The client's look, not ours

Articles follow a saved article style and the site's colours, and are filed under the client's existing categories.

  • Clients in other languages

Write in the client's language, or on WPML and Polylang sites write each language natively in one run.

Questions agencies ask

How many client sites can I run?
Free covers one site, Starter 3, Growth 10 and Scale 25. Each site can have as many automations as you need on any paid plan.
Can a client approve posts before they go live?
Yes. Set that site's articles to save as drafts on the client's site, or to wait in BlogTend until you send them. You can change the rule per article or automation.
Do clients need a BlogTend account?
No. You connect their site to your account. They see the articles on their own site, as drafts or live posts.
Is the output the same quality on every plan?
Live web research and SEO fields come with every paid plan. Higher writing levels buy a longer article and a deeper research sweep, at 2 or 3 credits instead of 1.
Does it promise rankings for clients?
No. It researches, writes, structures and fills the SEO fields; how a page ranks is up to search engines. Nothing on this page is a traffic or ranking promise.
Do I need a website to try it?
No. Your first article can be a preview: BlogTend researches and writes it in full, with its sources and featured image, and keeps it in your account. It uses one of your free articles. When you connect WordPress (about two minutes), Shopify, Webflow or Wix, you move it to your site in one click.
Is AI-written content OK for Google?
Google's published guidance is that it rewards helpful, original content however it is produced, and treats content made mainly to manipulate rankings as spam, whoever wrote it. BlogTend is built for the first kind: each article starts from research, cites its sources, and can wait as a draft for your edit. It does not promise rankings.
