Blog automation: set it once, it keeps publishing

Pick your topics and a rhythm once. Each time a post comes due, BlogTend researches the topic, writes and illustrates the article, and publishes it to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or Wix — or leaves a draft for you to approve.

From the real product

Set the rhythm once. Then it runs without you.

Two short clips from the product tour, recorded on a demo site.

  • Once a week, a few times a week or every day; then publish automatically, save a draft, or keep it until you approve.

Two minutes, start to finish

Watch one article go from a topic to a published post

The real product, recorded end to end: connecting a site, setting a topic and a rhythm, the run itself, and the finished article live on the blog.

Autopilot, with the brakes where you want them

A schedule that runs without you, and never behind your back

  • Any rhythm you like

Daily, weekly, monthly, or an interval of your own. Each automation is a saved topic and a cadence — set it once and it keeps going.

  • A plan you can see and edit

Each automation keeps a visible queue of what it will write next — title, angle, keyword and category. Reorder it, edit it, or delete what you don't want.

  • No duplicate posts

Every planned article is checked against what is already on your site before a credit is spent. A run with nothing new to say costs nothing.

  • An email every time

Publish straight to the site, save a draft, or hold it in BlogTend for review — and hear about it either way.

  • Pauses instead of surprise bills

When the month's articles run out, schedules pause and email you. They resume when the allowance refills, or at once if you top up.

  • As many schedules as you need

One per site, one per topic cluster. Paid plans have no cap on automations — your monthly articles are the only budget. The Free plan includes one.

First month back if nothing gets published

Subscribe on blogtend.com. If nothing is published to your site in your first 30 days and you have generated fewer than 3 articles, claim that first month back from the Billing page in one click. Once per account.

What we do not promise: rankings or traffic. BlogTend researches, writes, fills the SEO fields and publishes; search engines decide the rest.

How it works

Three screens, then it runs on its own

  1. The Connect your WordPress site form: site URL, a name, and an Application Password.
    1

    Connect a site

WordPress with an Application Password, Shopify, Webflow or Wix with one click, or any other site through a signed webhook.

  2. The upcoming plan: title, angle, keyword, category and date for each post, with a duplicate skipped before any credit is spent.
    2

Describe topics and pick a rhythm

Say what the site is about and how often to post. Choose publish, draft or hold for review.

  3. A finished run: brief, research, write, design, optimise and publish all ticked, and the post live.
    3

    It comes due, it runs

Research, writing, featured image, SEO fields on paid plans, and the publish — end to end, on schedule. On the Free plan, your first 3 articles are researched too.

Pricing

Priced per finished article

One credit is one finished article at the Standard writing level — research, writing, featured image and publishing included. Enhanced costs 2 credits and Maximum 3. Failed runs are refunded.

Questions

How often can it post?
As often as your plan's articles allow. Roughly: once a week is about 4 articles a month, two or three times a week about 15, and every day about 30 — at the Standard writing level, where one article is one credit.
Can I approve posts before they go live?
Yes. Set the automation to save drafts on your site or to hold articles in BlogTend until you send them. You can switch modes at any time.
Will it write the same article twice?
It checks first. Planned articles are compared with what BlogTend has already written for you and with the posts on your site; anything too close is skipped before a credit is spent.
What happens when I run out of articles?
Schedules pause themselves and you get an email — nothing is charged without you asking. They resume when the monthly allowance refills, or immediately if you buy a top-up.
Which sites can it publish to?
WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Wix work today, and any other site can receive finished articles through a signed webhook.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the billing page. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid for, and everything already published stays where it is.
What if nothing gets published?
Claim your first month back. If you subscribe on blogtend.com and nothing gets published to your site in your first 30 days, you can claim that first month back from the Billing page in one click, as long as you have generated fewer than 3 articles. It is once per account.
Do I need a website to try it?
No. Your first article can be a preview: BlogTend researches and writes it in full, with its sources and featured image, and keeps it in your account. It uses one of your free articles. When you connect WordPress (about two minutes), Shopify, Webflow or Wix, you move it to your site in one click.
Is AI-written content OK for Google?
Google's published guidance is that it rewards helpful, original content however it is produced, and treats content made mainly to manipulate rankings as spam, whoever wrote it. BlogTend is built for the first kind: each article starts from research, cites its sources, and can wait as a draft for your edit. It does not promise rankings.

Set it once. Watch it publish.

The Free plan includes one automation and 3 researched articles, no card — enough to watch a schedule run end to end before you decide anything.
